Carpengo is a carpet brand based in Mirzapur, India, with over 40 years of experience in carpet manufacturing and craftsmanship. Our carpets are handcrafted by skilled artisans and made using premium materials, including New Zealand wool.

As our carpets are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, pattern, or finish may occur. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and are not necessarily considered defects.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order on Carpengo.com, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process and deliver your order.

Once an order has been placed, it will be processed for delivery according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info.carpengo@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to process the cancellation request. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
