Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:

You have received the wrong product.
You have received an incorrect size.
The product has been received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.
The product must be unused and unworn.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
You must provide the invoice, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us with unboxing video and clear photographs of the product and the invoice. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the return or replacement process.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed for eligible products.

If you receive the wrong product or size, you may request an exchange for the correct size or product, subject to availability.

The fastest way to receive the product you want may be to return the original product and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

Return Intimation

To initiate a return, please email info.carpengo@gmail.com within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Please include:

Order Number
Courier Docket Number / AWB Number
Reason for Return
Photos of the product, if applicable
Photo of the invoice, if applicable

Return Pickup

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide the necessary return instructions and arrange a return pickup from your shipping address, where applicable.

Please ensure that the product is securely packed and ready for pickup.
